A juvenile roseate spoonbill perfectly reflected in the still water. Wellington, Florida. The spoonbill uses it spoon-shaped bill to probe mud bottoms and strain out food. Juveniles are pale pink and have white feathers on their heads and necks, whereas adults are deeper pink and bald.
