Order Processing
All images are custom printed, matted and framed, and shipped within 72 hours of receipt of your order. Rush orders are available upon request.
Prints, mats, and frames are carefully inspected before packaging to ensure that they are free of defects. Because colored frames are painted wood, very slight imperfections are normal. Also, there may be variability in the shade of a particular color of paint or stain. If you order multiple frames of a single color, I will do my best to see that they are all the same.
Shipping
Shipping for 1 Miniature or calendar to any destination in the United States is $4.00. Shipping is FREE for 2 or more items.
Shipments outside the U.S. can be arranged upon request, with cost based on weight and shipping method. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday). My standard shipping carrier is the U.S. Postal Service (USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the number of Miniatures ordered). A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you when your order is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied with your Photo-Graphics Miniature(s). If you believe any of the Miniatures you receive is damaged, or if you are not delighted with the image, please contact me to arrange for a return and replacement or exchange.
